I went gluten free in 2004. The world of gluten free sucked so hard back then. Not anymore! The sorcery that must commence for these beautiful souls to create what they create…well, I am one happy and thankful soul to be able to enjoy cinnamon rolls, bread, donuts, you name it! Happy eating.
