I’ve been gluten-free for 10 years. Celiac disease runs in my family. Outside of fresh fruits, and veggies, eggs, and meats. I try to select healthy snacks that do not have a lot of sugar. And as always, protein and fiber are very important every day.

We don’t go all out for the December holidays but we do exchange gifts. And I try to stay within a budget.

I can spend hours in Ulta. Here is my haul this time around ! I was out of my essentials!

The closest IKEA to me is about 1 hr due to traffic. I make a special trip there at least twice a year. I love their product and it’s inexpensive! These are my must haves. If you don’t have one near you, there is an app! The company's "democratic design" philosophy balances price, function, form, aesthetics, and sustainability, all while pursuing a vision to create a better everyday life for the many people.

Everything else other than paranormal. I enjoy a wide variety of genres. It all depends on my mood. And sometimes I will read 2-3 different genres at once. I feel like a book should transport you to a different place to be classified as great!

Books and series that I have read and recommend! I prefer a paranormal spin. Not always, but I seem to get on a kick and blow through them.

Everyone loves something! I love finding uniques items that someone will use and try. They don’t necessarily have to love them but they will never know if they don’t try !

Everyone loves a deal. There are some brands that are worth the price tag and a dupe will not do.

From true crime to change your mindset. All entertaining. Find something for all genres. These are my favorite! When I don’t have a chance to read I find podcasts help fuel my quest for knowledge!

I used to run a shoes store back when you shopped in stores. This is what I’ve learned. 1. If you are on your feet for work, you need the right footwear for your feet. And when you find it, buy 2 pair so you can alternate them throughout your week. 2. The same pair of shoes worn everyday or almost everyday should be replaced in 6-7months. 3. Gym sneakers, especially running shoes need to be replaced sooner than 6-7 months.

I have Autoimmune conditions, going through perimenopause, scoliosis. These are all things that help me!

3 kids with my youngest going off to college in the fall. Here are my freshman must haves. It’s important that they have everything, but sometimes you can buy too much. Keep receipts.
