We travel to Pennsylvania on a regular basis as we aren’t far. I feel we haven’t even made a dent in the map. But with so many places we have visited these are our favorites!

Amusement Parks in PA
Our fave amusement parks that we have enjoyed for so many years
This is such a great park for those little ones! Mini roller coasters, water slides, family slide, and a great lazy river. We have had so much fun here for 6 years in a row we made it a cousins day!! We got cabanas for 8 people and it was worth every...
Sesame Place Philadelphia
I have been visiting Hershey Park for 20 years! Halloween is fun, Christmas is beautiful with their light themes, the roller coasters are so much fun and the rides keep changing and are always getting better
Hersheypark
Home to one of the best wooden roller coasters that I have ever been on. It goes along the mountain side and it is just so cool. The structure in itself is just pure art.
Knoebels Amusement Resort
Great amusement park for a family! So many rides for all ages and it is just so much. So much to see and do while here. I love the coasters!
Dutch Wonderland® Family Amusement Park
Pennsylvania Foodie Spots
Food spots we have enjoyed that our son approves as well! And you know kids are picky!
This place is huge! They have sections for freshly grilled seafood, burgers, steaks, hot dogs, pizza and then fresh salads and fruit and so much more! My son loves the milk shakes but I love a mini cone.
Shady Maple Smorgasbord
We got to make our own ice cream here! 3 ours of ice cream info, hands on, tasting ice cream and ice tea
Turkey Hill Experience

Some of our fave beers come from PA so why not share them with you?!? I love enjoying a nice refreshing beer here and there and we have found a few we have enjoyed
Family friendly brewery (and next to Hershey Chocolate World). They have an outdoor beer garden and lots of places to drink and eat inside. They have an amazing selection of beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Food here is so good! Grilled che...
Tröegs Independent Brewing
Their pale ales are always my favorites. But their seasonal is always worth a try. They made a blueberry ipa once that was to die for
Lancaster Brewing Company
Museums
Some wonderful places to learn and see our history is always a good time for me. I love museums and I love reading and learning. These are my top spots we venture to
So many free things to see and do here. We only paid for the museum which goes to the entire area where the Civil War happened. They maintain the structures and land with that money and that I love. The war lasted three days and honestly I think you ...
Gettysburg National Military Park (U.S. National Park Service)
Favorite Shopping Spots!
Who doesn’t like to go shopping? Ok I know sometimes we don’t but these are my faves when I come to Pennsylvania.
Lots of shopping and lots of deals! I always check out the Tanger app to see what deals they have and I always come home with lots of bags that have money saved inside! I’ve once gone there around the holidays and the store had 50% off everything and...
Tanger Outlets Hershey
One of the largest in the country and I know why! It takes all day to walk through, so many food spots, shops, and even a dealership (Tesla). I love coming here to get my holiday shopping done. I can get a good amount done here.
King of Prussia
In and Around Lancaster Favorites
You get to pet the baby cows(my son will forever call them that) and see how they milk the cows. Their ice cream is so good. Smooth and rich! The cookies and cream is my favorite.
Perrydell Farm and Dairy
A Day in Philly
A foodies place to try a little of everything and shop for stuff you normally won’t find by you. I love stopping here when in Philly!
Reading Terminal Market
Never realized how big the bell was or the crack until I came to visit! This mini stop in Philly is worth it and it’s nice too cause they have a mini museum where the bell is located! Great thing is: it’s a free stop
Liberty Bell
They have some nice flavor sauces that go so well with the soft pretzel. My son loves the bite sized and we enjoy the “oddly” shaped larger ones. They are unique in the shaping and we love that
