the gym usually has everything you need for a workout but here are some small things that i recommend having with you just in case, plus some necessities :)












while supplements are not necessary to see results, i personally struggle to get my protein in and use snacks to help me reach my goals :)





when i first started out i was soo scared of the gym and used these videos to get an idea on where to start and how to properly use gym equipment!
