Thriller
My favorite book I’ve read by Colleen Hoover. Shocking twist and was engaged the whole time. Couldn’t put it down. Not too long of a book and an easy enough read.
Verity by Colleen Hoover
I thought I knew the plot twist the whole time but it was jaw dropping. I’d give this one a 5/5, it’s one of my favorites by Freida. I was on the edge of my seat and couldn’t put the book down.
The Boyfriend by Freida McFadden
One of my favorite series I’ve read. Movie coming out soon too! I have read 13 books total by Freida McFadden and the first one of this series is still in my top 3. Very good plot twist and the books keeps you engaged the whole time.
The Housemaid Series by Freida McFadden
This book was good! I enjoyed it but it wasn’t one of my favorite one of Freida’s books (but I’ve read like 14 of them). Still worth it to read but the plot twist isn’t as shocking as her other books!
The Crash by Freida McFadden
I’d rank this somewhere in the middle of the Freida books I’ve read. Not as good or as many twists as other books but the plot twist was still pretty good. Easy and short read !
The Coworker by Freida McFadden
This book was so good. 5/5. I was intrigued the whole time and couldn’t put it down. I thought I knew exactly where the story was going but there was an incredible plot twist. I have read 13 of Freida’s books and this was one of my favorites.
Never Lie by Freida McFadden
This book was good but it took me awhile to get into. I wasn’t that invested until half of the way through but the final plot twist amazing. Definitely worth reading!
The House Across the Lake by Riley Sager
One of her underrated books. The plot twists were so good! I love a book with multiple twists. Would rank this somewhere in the middle/top of the ones I’ve read and I’ve read about 13 of hers.
One by One by Freida McFadden
This is one of her less popular and lower rated books, but this was easily one of my favorite ones that I have read. And I’ve read about 13 of her books now. There were multiple plot twists that I wasn’t expecting and all the characters were likeable...
The Teacher by Freida McFadden
This book had me engaged the whole time, but the ending and plot twists weren’t as good compared to her others. I’d give it a 3/5 but it was still worth the read!
Ward D by Freida McFadden
Romance
This book was a great emotional romance that follows a mother and daughter as main character but also their significant others. There is also a movie version out now, but the book was significantly better. Way more details and a great storyline.
Regretting You by Colleen Hoover
This is one of Colleen Hoover’s underrated books. Not as big a hit as her other one but I really enjoyed this one.
Summary: Merit Voss, a young woman stuck in a wildly dysfunctional family living together in a converted church. Merit spends her day...
Without Merit by Colleen Hoover
This was a cute, easy read!
Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen
Genre: A blend of paranormal romance, psychological thriller, and mystery.
Plot: After an attack leaves Layla scarred, Leeds takes her to the B&B where they met. Strange occurrences begin, and Leeds finds himself drawn to another guest, Willow,...
Layla by Colleen Hoover
This book is a classic. Easy enough read and I love John Green’s books in general. I have read it a few times and the movie is amazing too.
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
Series
This series is one of my favorite and all of the movies are amazing too. These are easy enough reads, and they are not too long.
The Hunger Games Book Series
Fantasy series that’s a compelling and fast read with unexpected twists and turns. The books feature richly developed characters and are well-written, and the chapters are from different character's viewpoints. I always like different POVs.
Game of Thrones Books Series
Another classic series to read with amazing movies. My favorite book series of all time. Definitely longer novels though.
Harry Potter Book Series
A very popular book series, but not my favorite. Some of the books are very long.
