I've dealt with BV on and off the last few years since my hormones went out of whack. I use these suppositories for maintenance a few times a week.
V-Probiotics™ - 30 suppository capsules
These are my favorite applicators for vaginal probiotics. They can also be used with creams as well.
What I like about these probiotics is not only do they have the proper vaginal strains, it also has zinc, vitamin D, vitamin E, and lactoferrin. All helpful for vaginal health. The only thing that would make this perfect is a higher CFU count but it'...
Soaking Wet: Probiotic for Total Vaginal Health & Increased Wetness
This is another great probiotic that I use when my other brand is out. It's got the correct strains plus the high CFU count! It also has cranberry extract for urinary health.
Bio360 Probiotics for Women - 50B CFU, 15 Strains
I've been using this bar for years. Very gentle on skin. You really only need water down there but if you need a little extra, this is a nice gentle cleanser.
Dove Beauty Sensitive Skin Moisturizing Fragrance-Free Beauty Bar Soap - 4pk/3.75oz each
I use these strips to test my pH occasionally. It helps with determining whether you should get checked out for an infection but not necessarily an indication of an infection!
Accurate Vaginal pH strips
These are the swabs I use to test with the pH strips. I like these because they're more comfortable than the wooden type ones!
Sterile Cotton Tipped Applicator 6" Box 100
I love this one because it's water based and glycerin free. Very vagina safe, especially if you're sensitive.
Slippery Stuff Paraben Free Water based Lubricant
When I started having vaginal issues, I started switching all my products to unscented, cotton, etc. These are the pads I currently use and love!
L . Menstrual Pads Duo Pack - Regular/Super - 34ct
I switched my detergent to free and gentle. I personally like Tide. I use this with hot water to clean my underwear and anything that touches my bare cooch 😂.
Tide Free & Gentle Non- HE Liquid Laundry Detergent - 84 fl oz
Coconut oil has helped soothe symptoms with infections. It is antimircrobial, antifungal and antibacterial. I use it on the outside skin, not inside the cooch. Whichever kind you get, just make sure it's pure, unrefined virgin cold pressed coconut oi...
Nature's Way Organic Unrefined Extra Virgin Coconut Oil - 16 oz
An important part if you're dealing with vaginal infections is to make sure your vitamin levels are good. Especially D, C and Iron. They all help support the immune system which helps prevent and fight infections.
Nature Made Vitamin D3 2000 IU (50 mcg), Bone Health and Immune Support Softgels - 250ct
