Aquatic Center
Another fun place to explore with a great nature center. The boardwalk was recently updated and during summer months goats come to visit!
1000 Islands Environmental Center
This is a great park and not often super busy. During the summer, they have a small farm with a few animals that is so fun to visit!
Plamann Park
This is one of our favorite parks because it has a great playground and so many options for all ages. It has the great rubberized surface and lots of picnic tables of picnics!
Derks Park
This park is so phenomenal! Such a fun one with so many great options. There are some unique parts of park and has things for all ages!
Appleton Memorial Park
This is such a fun stop! And if you have kids with allergies, they have some really great gluten, egg and dairy free options!
Happy Bellies Bake Shop
This is our favorite library in the Valley! We have tried most and we love how the kids area is lowered, the book selection is so great and they have a room that consistently gets changed to different themes!
Little Chute Public Library
We just love it here! Right in downtown Appleton and so good! So many flavor combinations and such a cute shop! A must go for unique cookie and custard sandwiches!
Legendairy Cookies 'N Creamery
If your kids love fire trucks, this is a must go!! A whole park themed around fire trucks and fire fighters! We love this one so much!!
Lundgaard Park - Appleton Parks and Recreation
This is probably our favorite place to go. The trails are so nice, the playground is unique and fun and the nature center is always changing things up! We love it here!
Heckrodt Wetland Reserve
Green Bay
Such a great free option all year round! There are two great nature centers, lots of good paths, chances to feed geese and ducks and if you are lucky, to see wolves! We love it here!
Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary
So many really fun trails and a great nature center. They have short and long trails and so many fun events!
