We used Austin Occasions for our bartending service for our wedding and they did an incredible job! Drinks were flowing and they were so fast. They’re so friendly and the drinks were all perfect. Thank you to Melissa and the AO team!

Melissa and the Austin Occasions team were amazing to work with. Melissa served as our day-of coordinator and was incredible from start to finish—handling the venue walkthrough, rehearsal, and pre-wedding consultations. What stood out most was her experience-based judgment and decisive leadership. For details I hadn’t fully nailed down, I trusted her to make the right calls on the day, and everything ran smoothly because of it. We also hired Austin Occasions staff for setup/teardown and food service. They were professional, sweet, and it was both a relief and joy to have them on site. We didn’t have an exact recipe for one of our signature cocktails, but the bartender nailed it anyway. Our wedding was very non-traditional with food and drinks from five different vendors, and thanks to the team’s flexibility, professionalism and coordination, our vision came together perfectly. We couldn’t have done it without Melissa and Austin Occasions, and highly recommend them.

Austin Occasions did a great job making our wedding such a fun and special day! We worked with separate bartenders + caterers and Austin Occasions did a great job filling gaps such as filling waters, passing cocktails and helping with set up/clean up. Everyone was raving about how seamlessly the day was, how quickly servers came around with cocktails and just the overall ease with which the day went. They were also so great to work with and accommodating in the months leading up to the event- I really appreciated it. Thanks Melissa, Tarah and the rest of the AO team!
