customer service for this product was absolutely outstanding. I ordered the original from Wayfair and they wanted to return the 50 pound bar cart because it was missing the front two wheels. I found the packing slip and called the company and they immediately shipped me the two missing wheels at no charge… What a miss Wayfair.

At first I found it hard to find information through the AI but a representative from the company contacted me via email and was very helpful. I couldn’t see a phone number to contact with some questions. Might be worth having a contact number to call if people are having trouble ordering.
