Chef Matt has been a long standing friend of mine. He puts intention into all of his work and it shows. I probably owe him more then this review. The creamy rabbit stew he let me try in his families kitchen over 10 years ago may have been the exact thing that made me want to become a chef. Matt is a hard working chef and we would all be so lucky to eat anything he makes. Cheers!
