We used EMD for the design portion of our renovation project, which mainly involved remodeling our kitchen, dining room, the design of 2 bathrooms, and lighting. We could not be happier with the experience. They turned what could have been an overwhelming process into one that was enjoyable and efficient. They thoughtfully curated selections and connected us with trusted vendors that saved us a lot of time. EMD worked within our budget while still helping us achieve a beautiful end result. They carefully listened to our feedback, incorporated our preferences, and consistently brought fresh ideas and options. We especially appreciated that they not only respected our vision but also encouraged us to consider choices we would not have explored on our own - and many of these suggestions became some of our favorite elements of the project. We bought an open floor plan home and the thought of doing everything myself was so daunting. I couldn’t figure out how to make everything flow and where to even begin. From the first conversation with Lisa S I knew I was in excellent hands. She listened to what I was looking for, and answered any and all questions that I had. She relayed my budget to the team and they kept to it without ever pressuring me to spend more than I was comfortable with. They worked around me. Lisa T and Bridget immediately knew what to do with my space. They understood my style and how I worked. They listened to what was important to me and ensured I was happy with all of the decisions we were making every step of the way. They are confident and decisive (two things I am not) but also empowered me to make decisions. They helped turn our house into a home and every time I walk in my front door I can’t believe it is mine. Ellie is so wonderful and communicative and really cares about her team and her clients. She is always there to help. Every vendor the EMD team works with (paint/runners/window treatments etc) are professional perfectionists. They are all kind and so respectful of your house. And they love working with the EMD team. They all truly go above and beyond. I cannot recommend EMD enough! They are wonderful people, and insanely talented!

I could not be happier with how my home came out! Lisa T with EMD was truly incredible! She had such a vision for the pieces in my home and it over exceeded my expectations. Anytime someone is over my house they get inspired and want to redo their home!
