Extremely pleased with the quality of the food and service! We used this caterer for our wedding at Blue Thistle Venue, and the food was fantastic! Chef Paul Catering was able to accommodate my vegan guests and those with food allergies, taking great care to ensure their dietary needs were met. The staff was so sweet and welcoming, and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone who helped us make our big day special!

Truly remarkable experience I am so appreciative for the staff and the care that was put into making all of the aperitifs. It was so nice dealing with this company because they wanted to ensure they met the needs of the party and the theme that we were going for. Management always followed through with emails and phone calls, and they even called the day after the event to ensure everything went smoothly and to ask us how we were doing. I want to thank them and show my appreciation because during this time it is so easy to discriminate against minorities and they did not. We planned this all through the telephone because I am a Marine stationed overseas and I wanted my mom to feel special. Thank you so much Chef Paul Catering, I hope you always meet this standard.

The highest compliment I can make is I was at ease to enjoy our guests and not worry about food or service! Ginger and Mauricio did an outstanding job at my husband's 70th birthday party (40 guests), and worked seamlessly as a team. They endured cooking and serving in a torrential downpour and never skipped a beat. The food was delightful with an unmistakably fresh approach on highly traditional "picnic" offerings. Flank steak, tender as can be. Salmon seasoned perfectly by a gluten-free teriyaki glaze. Fried chicken -- light and flavorful. Assorted salads including potato salad (with a Dijon twist), pasta salad in a wonderful vinaigrette, a pear/walnut/bleu cheese green salad. Corn cobbettes in an herbed butter, and baked beans that were the talk of the party! Dietary concerns for a handful of guests were expertly handled. EVERYTHING, and I do mean everything was top notch from start to finish. An absolute pleasure working with Patricia H. We're already looking forward to when our next Chef Paul catered event might be!

Inspired Closets had a fabulous experience with Chef Paul Catering for our Grand Opening in Vernon Hills! The food was delicious, especially the fig and blue cheese savories, split shrimp canapes and the bacon wrapped water chestnuts. Everything was fresh and visually appealing. Chef Paul was efficient and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her staff was so helpful and professional, ensuring that all our guests were taken care of. The event was successful in large part to Chef Paul Catering. We will certainly do business with Chef Paul in the future! We highly recommend them!!!
