I had several issues with previous painters who did a very bad interior lime wash job, Lime Wash Chicago came in and fixed all my problems. They are skilled and know what they are doing. Matt is very compassionate and caring about his clientele and he is reasonable. You will get many people to take advantage of your situation, but he does not. He is very fair, reasonable, and does a good job.
Very highly recommended for meticulous preparation, painting, and cleanup as well as excellent communication. All phone and text messages answered promptly; usually within the hour. Reasonable price considering the quality of the work.
We had a great experience working with Lime Painting and Matt Owens. Matt was extremely easy to communicate with and flexible in helping us scope the right services and details for our painting project, making the quoting and planning process very straightforward. We were out of town during the work, and Matt and his team were completely trustworthy, providing clear virtual updates and managing the project seamlessly. The work was finished ahead of schedule with excellent quality, and we were so happy with the results that we hired Lime Painting again to paint another part of our condo. Highly recommend.
I definitely got "Limed". The first positive thing was picking out paints. I went to their affiliate Benjamin Moore store and when they realized I was working with Lime they gave me an enormous stack of paint choices. The owner personally offered recommendations and the project manager was on point. When we decided we wanted a little more painting done, a modest discount was offered to ensure we remained under budget. By going to home depot and spending about 150 dollars I was also able to replace existing electrical outlets and closet door hardware with minimal labor, something I would highly recommend you think about. The painters they hired through subcontracting were absolutely top-notch. They even assisted in closet hardware re-install. The owner brought me a key lime pie about a week after the job and checked in. He seemed really concerned about the quality of craftsmanship. The project manager, now that I think about it, insisted on fixes I hadn't noted. I was awestruck by the experience.
