Lovering Remodeling & Construction

After meeting with 3 contractors we found through Yelp (Lovering and 2 others), we hired Lovering Remodeling and Construction to remodel our main bathroom that had 1980s white tile, a jacuzzi, and a very small shower stall. Lovering transformed it into a modern-looking and sleek bathroom (see before and after photos). Mark Lovering (owner) and his crew were wonderful to work with. Mark was straightforward and transparent about the costs (which were competitive), the process, and the end product. We are very happy with the workmanship and the final product. Additionally, the Lovering team was able to complete the remodel in a relatively short time frame so that we had the space ready in time for a scheduled family visit. Mark made it a point to stop by at least every other day to make sure we were happy with the quality and the progress. Everyone in the crew was professional, polite, and were very good at their trade. We cannot wait to have the Lovering team update our remaining bathrooms. Mark was very personable from the moment I met him for consultation. He is very knowledgeable about construction and provided a lot of input and ideas to help. His team broke down walls to extend a living room and join my rooms together. This also required a new room to be built since we broke down walls from an existing bedroom. Added additional countertops for my kitchen and a new door for a garage entry. There were items that had to be redone or change but his team effortlessly adapted to any rework that was necessary to get it right. He's done demo work for me for a fireplace I had partially removed to add space to my garage. He was also able to get a team over to one of my rental properties to fix damages done to a water leak within days. I highly recommend Mark for business needs. He is professional and extremely well with communication, something that is very important when you're spending lots of money for renovations.

Mark was really great to work with! He's friendly, responsive, and reliable. His team did a good job on remodeling our master bathroom and guest/kids bathroom. His crew is very hard working, and always showed up on time. We are happy with the way the bathrooms turned out.

Fast, easy to communicate with, detailed and confident. Also, done with thier work 2 days ahead of schedule. Now, structural work ahead of schedule might be concerning, but they seemed to know exactly what needed to be done, and got it done at speed. I will say that their price was less expensive than some, but the reviews here and the confidence in which they did the review and quote sets them apart. Superior communications, detailed work, great clean up and - fast.

These guys are awesome and so friendly. Came out checked out my kitchen listen to my ideas and to every detail which I was very pleased. Gone to other places sometimes got cut off not wanting to hear me, but these guys listened to everything I had to say even had great suggestions to add to my own ideas. Gave a great quote, got the work done and I have never been so pleased, awesome job guys thank you so much!!
