What Rachel has created is amazing. I love her classes (both in person and through the homebody program) and I am excited to attend her Kripalu retreat again for its second year in June. I am obsessed with MTL and think every plus size woman who has felt embarrassed or out of place in other yoga spaces should definitely check it out.

Rachel creates such a safe space where people are empowered and supported by each other. Even if you are new to yoga or scared to start, it is well worth the risk because Rachel and the other members will help you feel safe, appreciated, and connected. Yoga with Rachel taught me that my belly is the source of my strength and power. I am more comfortable with my stomach and my body than I have ever been. Rachel has changed my life!

I've been attending Rachel's classes for almost 2 years now and have found her teaching style and the overall mission of "More to Love" to be an amazing fit for me. I've become much more confident and grounded since becoming a member of the MTL community and have found some amazing friends along the way! If you're looking for a supportive new yoga home, look no further! :-D

I’ve been taking Rachel’s More to Love yoga class for about 3 years now and it has been wonderful! Can’t express how much I love it and I bought the online videos so I can do it at home during the Pandemic. It relieves stress like nothing else. She provides a positive message of body love and self acceptance which is something most people need. She also asks what kind of injuries people have so she can modify the class so you don’t make your injury worse. When I started I had frozen shoulder and figured that yoga was cheaper than a $50 per visit PT visit. I couldn’t put my hand on my hip when I first started and now can do “down dog” etc.
