Our project was to build an ADU in place of our detached garage. Not having done anything like this before there were a lot of things I didn't know or needed to think of. We had plans but what do I know. They were approved. Piotr and Jesus and all the team were a pleasure to work with. They helped us navigate the work and provide vital information based on experience on how to get what we wanted within the guidelines of the city. Plans are just plans until something has to be built so be flexible. Piotr and team are really flexible and reasonable.
PK Remodeling did a lower level room reconfiguration and complete bathroom renovation down to the joists in our 1940’s craftsman house with all plumbing lines replaced. As an architect working on my own home, I was impressed that Piotrek and his crew did not cut corners and had attention to detail. Piotrek collaborated on the construction details and I appreciated his communication and input into the resolution of some of the more tricky aspects of the design. The cleanliness of the construction site was also impeccable. I was very pregnant at the time and appreciated the plastic partitions that were installed, masks that were worn and the crew vacuuming at the end of every day leaving as little construction dust as possible. Contractors like this are hard to come by and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Piotrek for any project. I’ve attached photos of the finished work.
