The BEST Customer service !!! I called on Rocket Waste, needing dumpster service for home improvement and garage clean out. Within a day, they had a dumpster sitting at my house. A few days later, my Husband had an accident, and our clean out was stalled until he could recover. I notified Rocket Waste of the situation, understanding if they needed to pick it up and we would call on them at a later date, and they wouldn't hear of it. They were so understanding and willing to work with us, for what best fit OUR needs! Customer service is at the top of their list, and it shows in their response time, willingness to work through obstacles and integrity of doing what they say will be done.
