They prepped everything the right way — power washed, scraped, sealed, and protected all surfaces before painting. The finish is clean, even, and looks sharp. The house looks completely refreshed. My son needed to learn about what happens when you kick a hole in the wall. He was able to locate the company easily on Thumbtack. He had a conversation online with them in which they were quick to respond to him and provide him with the needed information. The gentleman that came out to do the job was timely and cleaned up appropriately. He communicated each step with my husband and let him know that they were running a little longer than anticipated. When we got the bill, we had some pretty detailed questions on what exactly we were being charged for so we called and spoke with Michaela. She was absolutely wonderful to my young son who was trying to figure out how to navigate the business world. She pointed out to him different spots in the contract that helped him learn, and they were also willing to help us with a lot of our questions. We were treated very fairly and would use them again.

A huge thanks to Francisco and Rockyridge Handyman for putting us on the schedule at extremely short notice due to family coming in for the holidays. Chris, the guy who was sent to do the work, was phenomenal. We cannot say enough good stuff about him. He worked quickly and nonstop, and perfectly hung 33 wall art pieces all over our newly purchased home. Some of these pictures are quite large with heavy frames, but he managed to do it all by himself and with a pleasant cooperative attitude. He never complained when my husband or I asked him to redo a few pieces for better placement. He did so willingly and with a great attitude. Will definitely use Rockyridge Handyman services again and will definitely also ask for Chris again if he's available for other projects. We couldn't be happier.
