Recently did a new build and was really, really happy with Sarah. She helped us a ton during this process! I know sometimes people don’t use realtors for new builds and deal directly with the builder, but we were really glad we used her. She was obviously much more familiar with the process than we were, knew what questions to ask, knew certain things we needed to do and stay on top of, and what type of add-ons and designs would help with the resale value down the road. Most importantly she fought for us and held the builder accountable when they tried to cut corners or not deliver on promises. Would highly recommend her to anyone in the future!
