Joe at SolarQuest is great to work with and really takes the time and effort to make sure the job is done well. I got quotes from multiple companies for home solar/battery and Joe was the most responsive and competitive with his quote. He came out to my house multiple times, both before installation and during/after to make sure things were working well. He got it installed in the timeline that he promised too. I hired SolarQuest to upgrade an old existing Enphase system and was very pleased with my experience. SolarQuest was the nearest Enphase-approved installer to me and I first just asked questions about my then-current usage. Joe explained my SDG&E bill to me and described what I could look forward to if I upgraded my system. Several months later, when I was interested in upgrading, Joe met with me in person multiple times and was responsive to calls, emails, and texts, to answer my questions about upgrading, particularly the financial and technical aspects. Once we agreed to move forward, he was able to schedule the installation very quickly. Rafa and Brian performed the installation without issues and explained what they did to my satisfaction. I enjoyed working with SolarQuest and I plan to hire them again in the future.

We met with a number of solar contractors regarding the installation of a whole house backup battery setup to complement our existing solar panel system. Many of the contractors we met were interested in selling us products that fit their business model and not what we wanted to have at our home. Joe Corzo @SolarQuest was the only person who listened to our needs and concerns. We didn't want Tesla products. Joe recommended the Franklin Whole House system. We had a lot of discussions back and forth about the equipment, installation and product location.
