Jack is wonderful! We never have to worry when we leave town. We get timely updates with pictures and descriptions of how our dog is doing. Uptown Pet Services is seriously a life saver. So grateful we found them!

We had a great experience with Uptown Pet Services. We brought home our puppy in 2019. I was a nervous, first-time dog owner, but, from the start, I knew she was in good hands with Jack and his team during her mid-day walks. I appreciated the detailed post-walk updates, and Jack was always quick to communicate if there was a schedule change. We moved out of the area this month, but I will always be grateful for the service we received while living in Uptown for those 2+ years.
Great service, they texted pictures every day and the cats are so happy. Thank you!
The team is very responsive, flexible, and great with our dog. They take a great picture each walk and provide an update. Here is one of the photos they took of our pup! She couldn’t be more relaxed.
