William Collier Design in Seattle was absolutely exceptional. I needed help finding the right hair solution, and their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Judi, Alejandro, Barry, and Nyssa were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me feel comfortable and confident. They matched my look beautifully using photos I provided, and when a shipping issue came up, they even rearranged their schedule and ordered items overnight to accommodate me — truly above-and-beyond service! They also shared styling and care tips that made such a difference. I can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for expert guidance, compassion, and amazing results.

The under was extremely helpful in explaining the service especially since it was my first time! They were able to squeeze me in the schedule since I was leaving town and the gals were so proficient in explaining the hair differences for a topper and finding a right fit and the gal that trimmed and fit it was so helpful and patient. A very nice experience and I would highly recommend going there for anyone needing such a service!

My wife worked with William Collier Design last year and her wig was amazing. I went with her to the first appointment and they gave great explanations on her options. They also offer a complimentary cut and wash with detailed instructions on caring for the wig. Thanks for making this difficult process an easy one.

The appointment at William Collier Design was exactly what we had hoped it would be. We have tried many different wigs and toppers, but just haven't been able to find 'The One'...until today. Stephanie did a FABULOUS job helping my mom find a topper!
