2 days ago I found the best hidden gem right under my nose. I pass this place 3-5 times a week and never knew it existed. I have a 13 year old laptop, and it had no space left. It would not even open. I knew if I went to Apple a new purchase would have been pushed on me. I took this in on a Thursday to Gavin and he kept me up to date with suggestions along with my requests regularly, so very nice. He ordered a part and had it ready to go on Monday by 1pm. I am so happy with his service and will recommend to anyone who needs service, call or text him right away. He is very honest and will not rip you off. He does what he says and says what he does. I am very happy. I haven't had the money to get mine repaired and have use my phone for almost 2 years until I really couldn't go any more without one. He is very very resesonable and doesn't break the bank. Please try him first if you need help, he's quick, efficient and very easy to communicate with. Thank you Gavin for all your help.
