As an autoimmune girly, I've bought my fair share of things to either help me feel better or make my days easier. These are all the things that help me and I reach for them on a daily basis.

For all my people whose bodies also give them a hard time about simply waking up
This has helped all my stomach issues from all my different medications. I no longer have daily stomachaches. I used to wake up nauseous and unable to eat breakfast. Now I can start my mornings off the right way.
Probiotic + Prebiotic Daily Supplement | Trust Your Gut
I drink one daily to help maintain my sodium levels. Having orthostatic hypotension means I need lots of salt to avoid passing out. One of these means I don't have to worry about anything. Bonus : the lemon lime flavor if diluted properly tastes like yellow gatorade!
Lemon Lime Hydration Multiplier
I drink 2 of these everyday! I am super picky about taste. I've tried so many brands and I always come back to this one. I think it was actually the first one I ever had. I have it on subscription on amazon. I mix one scoop in my coffee, and I drink a shake with almond milk before bed!

Disability Aids
My favorite things to keep in the house that help me accomplish daily tasks independently
I have inflammatory arthritis and used to have to wait to drink a soda until someone was able to help me open it. I used to think it was so embarrassing until I realized this was going to be the rest of my life. If I don't help myself now I'll lose so much independence. I like to keep one in my bag at all times.
Tab Opener for Arthritis
With inflammatory arthritis and weakness in my hands it is sometimes hard to get a grip that's strong enough to open things. My main problem being the tops to my water bottles. I use one of these to get the top off of my Stanley.
Grip Pads for Opening Jars
If you're like me and have to avoid bending over at all costs you need one NOW.
Grabber Tool
Not necessarily a disability aid but you definitely need to be mindful of blood pressure fluctuations!
Blood Pressure Monitor
I know we all hate wearing them but they are so so necessary. Especially if you're like me and take blood thinners, emergency responders need to know how best to help you. I know people consider them embarrassing but I've been wearing mine every day ...

The things that will get you through your worst flares
I buy a new pack of these every once in a while to get some new colors. Since I have Raynauds, fuzzy socks are a must around my house. Most of us chronically ill people are super clumsy. Non slip bottoms are non negotiable in my opinion.
Fuzzy Non Slip Socks
My boyfriend bought me one of these and it legit saved my life. I keep it with me in my bag. Having your fingers feel cold while trying to do something fun outside can be so frustrating. The battery life is really good and I can use it for a few days before I need to charge it.
Rechargeable Hand Warmers
This is another non negotiable for bad flares. There's so many reasons you should keep one in your house. Highly recommend!
Heating Pad
If you're like me and also have inflammatory arthritis you know your doctor has been asking you to wear these to sleep for at least a year! Give in and buy them. I promise the extra support does help.
Best Hand & Wrist Stabilizers
If you have POTS, low blood pressure, or any problems with dizziness and fainting you need to give and try these! I wear these under my jeans to work. If I don't when I stand up from doing someones lashes I get so dizzy I have to grab the wall for support.
Everyday Compression Socks
I suffer from hand cramps often so I like to keep this handy. If you work it into your skin right where your muscles are cramping you'll get relief within minutes! If you're having back spasms it's always best to get someone to rub this in for you.
