As a neurodivergent therapist who works with ND clients, I keep a basket of fidget toys in my office at all times. These are some of mine and my client's favorite ones! I try to buy affordable, practice fidget toys that are easy to store and access. Everything except the Expand-A-Ball fits into a small purse.

These are therapy books that I recommend both to clients and therapists! My favorite are neurodivergent related, but there are some other good ones in here as well. While reading is no substitute for actual therapy, if it’s all you can afford for now, I think this is a great place to start!

If you're like me, you grew up reading HP, Chronicles of Narnia, Percy Jackson, etc. Now, I just read the adult version of those books! This list is for people who primairly love fantasy and I sprinkle in some thrillers and other genres here and there.

I have just as much fun planning a trip, as I do going on a trip! This is a list of things I think you actually need, mixed in with some extras that are just nice to have. I’m going to Disneyworld again next month and will be adding more I’m sure!
