I have issued a formal apology to Trader Joe's. After spending a decade not seeing anything special in TJ's I was intrigued enough to try again. I literally haven't been in at least eight years. I was so wrong and I am so sorry. It was amazing. I am humbled. I will be returning often.

I am back to meal planning and cooking but I need easy! We used Hello Fresh for awhile and saved the recipe cards. It’s much easier when you’re a customer and it comes all pre measured but doing it this way is still pretty quick!

How we like to spend our date night (or day) when we get a chance! We don’t drink so we go where the food is amazing and the ambience top tier! 🔥🍔🍝🍕🍟🍽️
