Albany-ish
one of two Goodwill locations in the capital district. this location is bigger so there’s way more stuff, but sometimes its a bit junkier than the Guilderland location. If you have more time to thrift and are up to dig around, I’ve had some great suc...
Goodwill NYNJ Store & Donation Center
one of two Goodwill locations in the capital region. this location is smaller than the one in troy, and there’s usually less clutter/junk. a great stop.
Goodwill NYNJ Store & Donation Center
really chill vibe. super cheap, nothing is priced they just tell you at the checkout. it’s always more than reasonable. really fun to browse. no clothing.
Erc Community Warehouse
Glens Falls/Queensbury
awesome consignment shop to find unique clothing. mid range pricing, quality options.
Finders Keepers Consignments
a true hidden gem- find high quality, brand name used clothing on the CHEAP. limited hours: check the facebook before you go. you’re welcome.
2nd Life Wearhouse - The United Methodist Church of Queensbury
small and cheap. no clothing. worth a stop if you’re in the area.
Thrift Shop and Antique Boutique
a little bit of everything and the price is right
First Baptist Church
cheap thrift, but can be a bit junky. stop by but don’t stress if you’re not finding anything. i often leave this one empty handed.
The Salvation Army Thrift Store Glen Falls, NY
Saratoga-ish
easily the best true thrift in Saratoga. their prices are just a tad higher than some of the cheapest thrifts, but they tend to have better stuff. one of my favorite haunts. furniture, home wares, toys, jewelry, decor. NO clothing.
Gateway House Thrift Shop
a little more dark and cramped than i prefer in a thrift store, but this is a fairly cheap true thrift with a ton of stuff in Ballston Spa.
Noah's Attic
mostly clothing with some jewelry, shoes, decor & home wares thrown in. the prices are higher than most places on the list, but drop the longer each item stays in the store. you can find a deal if you’re up for the hunt.
Treasures Boutique & Thrift Shop
Greenwich/Schuylerville
massive, cheap, incredible vibes, always a great trip. they have everything (clothing, home wares, books, games, kids, toys, kitchen, movies, dvds, cds, electronics). super cold in the winter; bundle up.
Faerydale
small, cute, incredible prices. a little bit of everything. i always swing by when i’m in the area.
Second Hand Rose Thrift Store | Schuylerville NY
super cheap clothing, you can find stuff in really good condition. limited hours: check before you go. it does get picked over so best to arrive early.
