Highlight of my life (atleast in a travel sense) was walking the Camino - over 800kms from St Jean in France to Santiago in Spain. Im finally getting around to putting together everything I took and needed so you only need this one list. Make sure you save it!!

I cringed writing the title of this list but hey, its my reality. So here are my favourite "mum pieces". Some are inspired. Some I actually wear. Some I hope to one day own. Enjoy!

Teething is a journey! I love these toys and foods that have worked for us in this uncomfortable and painful stage.

I love advent calendars because I can try lots of products in one purchase. Most of the time, products are small enough to get fully used without any wastage. That's a guilt-free buy and you should totally grab one or few too!

My ongoing list of online trauma, somatic, and mental health courses by The Centre of Healing and others. I discovered The Centre of Healing while browsing for online courses. Later, I came across their trauma-informed certificate and gave it a try. It was such an easy to follow course. The online community was very engaged and there were lots of videos and written content. You can get a 10% discount on their courses by using the code FOUZ. One of my favourite hobbies is to create digital products and resources for myself and others - workbooks, worksheets, guides, maps, checklists, journals, you name it, I've probably got some version of it somewhere on the internet (or my desktop). Ofcourse, I'm not an expert so I've tried any avenue possible to see where I enjoy the creative process the most, and where I can publish it to download for free or to sell. One of my favourite things to do with my daughter is read books that nurture emotional development, literacy, and feelings. Stories with fun, relatable characters help her recognise and name her feelings, understand empathy, and build emotional awareness in everyday situations. These books open up gentle, meaningful conversations about emotions, from kindness and confidence to sadness and frustration, all through stories she truly enjoys, engages in, and attempts to read by herself. They say when a child is born, so is a mother. I truly believe in that. In my time, I've turned to books over and over again for validation, support, and guidance through out my own pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood journey.
