I get insanely sea sick usually, but as long as I wear one of these I feel completely normal.

Dramamine Motion Sickness Family Pack Chewable
I’m not sure if this will help you not get seasick, but I recommend it for staying extra hydrated. This is my favorite flavor.

Mint helps nausea… sooo if you’re feeling nauseous try it out. Added benefit: great breath.
