This translation is one of the best, it’s older english but the most complete translation i have ever found of the catholic bible

this book speaks on the many states of the soul, starting from furtherest from God to complete union with Him. i love how she writes. this is definitely a study book, take your time and reread! so much in this!
The Interior Castle: Teresa of Avila by Mirabai Starr
i don’t even have to say much about this one, you NEED this book, so many great things for those who want to grow with christ
Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis
I read this during lent and it was AMAZING!! Walks you through 1 cor 13 on what love is, how Jesus is love and how we can me for others. Charity is one of the greatest virtues in our faith, and this book talks about how to be more charitable
The Practice of the Love of Jesus Christ
this book focuses on the daily fight that we have to go through as christians. what it looks like to take up your cross and how to combat the attacks of the devil and spiritual warfare!
Spiritual Combat: Win Battles & Attain Peace
such a great read and st francis de sales is SOO easy to understand. this book talks about having being devout in the everyday. what it looks like to be devout and filled with the love of christ while just being a regular everyday person

this book walks through the corporate works of mercy and spiritual works of mercy, i love taking this to adoration and taking my time through one section as i ponder and contemplate!
Misericordia - Blessed Is She
this little 2 dollar book is my favorite examination. it splits up venial and mortal sins and really allows me to have an in depth daily examen or prep for confession!

got this at my local catholic store but they sell online too, perfect pocket size book i take with me to adoration that has helped so much!

this pocket prayer book is so nice and small and carries literally all the daily prayers you need, morning offering, grace, rosary, prayer before communion and after, and so many more! every catholic needs a pocket prayer book and this one is legit!
