My son started struggling with eczema right at 4 months. I was on a mission to help him through it by change our lifestyle and eating habits. With lots of patience, trial and error of many different products and focusing on our health in the kitchen I discovered the best things that worked for us. The lotions were HUGE in keeping things calm so I used tubs of nearly all the lotions recommended. Switching to more sensitive focused products was key since we cosleep. Changing his clothes to more 100% cotton was essential. All these changes allowed me to rule out anything on the outside that could be irritating him while I focused on his health on the inside through quality nutrition. All these things combined was the key to keeping him comfortable, flare-ups at bay. I hope these help you too! I completely understand the stress of the eczema journey.
