As a mom of 3 and a sort of minimalist these are the products that are worth every penny. These have served us well and contrary to popular opinion you don’t need all the bells and whistles for a baby - all you need is your presence + love and a few things more (check out my list ;)) Disclaimer - some of these have alternate options for the products choose what fits your needs. Each kid their own preference for certain things like bottles, teethers etc.

I didn’t want to go the medication all the time route for teething and searched for more natural or cleaner options for medications. I also had a ton of Teethers that were given or recommended by my son’s physical therapist after we had his tongue tie released at 14 weeks old. She gave me many she uses to encourage tongue movement and exploration, as well as simply helping to relieve some teething pain and discomfort.

Here are my products I actually used postpartum. These are products that worked for me, so remember every birth and mama have a different experience. Just for reference I had a vaginal delivery with and epidural. I had second degree tear, from my 8.5 lb baby girl with a big head (pediatrician always reminds us LOL). Also I personally did not breastfeed or pump.

Each baby, it seems like I bring less and less in my hospital bag. I also now know what my hospital provides and what they don’t, so I know what can just stay at home. I personally don’t need to bring any postpartum care items for myself or any diapers/wipes for baby. I plan on bringing the bare minimum this time!
